Questions about plans
What's the difference between hours, pages and credits?
Your plan's audio hours and document pages pay for everything involved in processing what you record and upload: transcription, speakers, analysis and the meeting report. Credits are only for what you ask for on top: chat, on-demand reports, wiki enrichment and re-processing. A typical chat question uses about 8 credits.
What happens if I run out of hours?
Add a booster at $1 per audio hour, or turn on pay-as-you-go at $1.25 per hour. Live multi-stream capture counts 3 hours per stream-hour. You can also add 100 document pages for $5, or 2,500 credits for $30.
How does the free trial work?
The 14-day trial is Strategy & Analysis with every feature turned on, and 3 hours of audio and 50 document pages to try them on. No card is needed to start.
Is annual billing cheaper?
Yes. Paying yearly gives you more than two months free on Meeting Notes, Personal Knowledge Base, Strategy & Analysis and Practice Workspace. Team and Professional Services are billed monthly.
Do you offer academic pricing?
Practice Workspace has a 20% academic discount on the monthly fee and on hour packs.
